All SixPrivacy Policy

Last updated 14 September 2026

All Six does not collect personal information about you. There are no accounts to create, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking code in the app. Two things reach beyond your device, and only if you choose them: an optional online game, and Apple's Game Center.

What the app keeps on your device

All Six remembers how you like to play. All of it is stored on your iPhone, in the app's own settings storage, and none of it is transmitted anywhere:

  • the display name you type, which does not have to be your real name
  • whether haptics, sound and hints are on
  • how quickly the computer opponent moves
  • your last target score, badge tier, dice set, opponent and theme
  • your progress: which ladder stages you have beaten, the badges you hold, which hints you have already seen, your online wins, and your best single turn

This is the only place any of it exists. We cannot see it, and there is no backup of it on our side. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

What leaves your device during an online game

Online play is entirely optional — solo games and pass-and-play work with no connection at all. If you open or join an online table, your device connects to a small server we run on Cloudflare and sends only:

  • the four-character code of the table
  • the display name you typed, shortened to 16 characters
  • your moves in that game, and a periodic keep-alive signal
  • a seat token, so that if your connection drops you get your own seat back rather than someone else's

Nothing is attached to an identity. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no record of who played whom. We do not keep a history of your games, and there is no profile of you anywhere on our side.

Like any internet service, Cloudflare handles the network request itself, including your IP address, in order to deliver it. Our server also counts requests per IP address for a few minutes at a time, purely to stop someone scanning for strangers' tables and walking into an open seat. That counter holds nothing but a number, expires within five minutes, and is never connected to your name, your game, or anything else.

Game Center

All Six uses Apple's Game Center for leaderboards. If you are signed in to Game Center on your iPhone, the app reports three numbers to Apple when a game ends: how many ladder stages you have beaten, how many online games you have won, and your best single turn.

That is the whole of it. Your Game Center name and player identifier stay on your device — the app reads them to show you who you are signed in as, and does not send them to our server or to anyone else.

Game Center is Apple's service, and the data you put into it is held and handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, not ours. If you would rather not use it, you can decline the sign-in prompt when the app first opens, or turn Game Center off in the iOS Settings app. The game is fully playable either way — nothing is locked behind it.

What the app never does

  • No analytics, no crash reporting, no usage measurement of any kind.
  • No advertising, no ad network, and no advertising identifier.
  • No tracking of you across other apps or websites.
  • No selling or sharing of personal information — there is none to sell.
  • No access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera.
  • No third-party software kits are built into the app at all.

Other companies involved, and what they are held to

Only two companies touch anything at all, and both are bound to protect it to at least the standard described on this page:

  • Cloudflare hosts the server that runs online tables. It processes that traffic on our instructions under its data processing terms, which commit it to equivalent confidentiality and security obligations, and it is not permitted to use any of it for its own purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Apple operates Game Center and the App Store, and handles that data under Apple's privacy policy.

There is no one else. We do not use advertisers, data brokers, analytics vendors or marketing services, and we do not sell, rent or trade information about you to anybody. If that ever changed, this page would say so before it happened.

How long anything is kept

  • On your device: your settings and progress stay until you delete them or delete the app. There is no time limit, because it is yours and it never leaves the phone.
  • An online table: erased automatically about thirty minutes after both players stop playing. The server deletes the table's entire contents at that point — the names, the moves, the score, all of it. This is not a manual cleanup we have to remember to run; it is a timer built into the table itself.
  • The abuse-prevention counter: expires on its own within five minutes.
  • Game Center scores: held by Apple for as long as you keep a Game Center account, under Apple's terms rather than ours.

We keep no backups, no archives and no logs of gameplay, so there is no second copy of anything to go looking for later.

Deleting your data, or changing your mind

Because nothing is tied to an identity, there is no account to close and no data export to request. Here is how to undo each thing anyway:

Everything on your device

Delete All Six from your iPhone. That removes your settings, your progress, your badges and your saved name completely. Nothing survives it, on the phone or anywhere else.

An online game you are in the middle of

Leave the table. It erases itself about thirty minutes later without you doing anything further. If you would rather it went sooner, email us the four-character code within that window and we will delete the table immediately.

Game Center

Turn Game Center off for All Six in the iOS Settings app, and the app stops reporting scores to it. Scores already sent to Apple are managed through your Apple Account — you can remove them or delete the Game Center account itself through Apple.

Anything else

Write to hello@southernwindapps.com and ask. We will reply within thirty days, and usually much sooner. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need an account to ask.

Children

All Six is suitable for all ages. It collects nothing from anyone, children included: there is no sign-up, no profile, no advertising and no tracking, so there is nothing about a child for us to hold, and nothing for a parent to have to ask us to delete beyond deleting the app itself.

The game contains no wagering, no real or virtual currency, and nothing to buy. The "purse" is simply the score you are playing towards.

Your rights under the GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws

Those laws give you the right to see the personal data a company holds about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to take it elsewhere, and to object to it being used. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to show you, correct, or hand over — which is the point of building it this way.

We have never sold or shared personal information, and we have no advertising or profiling to opt out of. If you want any of this confirmed in writing, or you believe we hold something about you, write to hello@southernwindapps.com and we will answer within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. If a change ever meant the app started collecting something it does not collect today, we would say so plainly, and the app would ask you first rather than quietly beginning.

Who to contact

This app is made by Southernwind Apps LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Questions about this policy, or about anything above, go to hello@southernwindapps.com, or by post to the address at the bottom of this page.
